OUR STORY
Trends Engineering Services (Pty)Ltd was established in 2015 in Francistown, Botswana. Founded by Pako Ngake — a qualified Electrical and Electronic Engineering professional — the company was built around a single conviction: that Botswana’s infrastructure projects deserve a local contractor that holds itself to the same standard as any international firm.
We are PPRA-registered across six categories and ERB-certified for all electrical work.
We have delivered services across mining, government, hospitality, and education sectors throughout Botswana.
Headquartered in Francistown with the capacity to deploy teams anywhere in Botswana, we serve clients in Gaborone, Maun, Kasane, Selebi-Phikwe, and all major districts.
Whether maintaining high-voltage substations at a mine site or installing a solar PV system on a remote farm — we bring the same standard of discipline and professionalism to every engagement.

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Pako holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and is ERB-registered.
He founded Trends Engineering Services in 2015 with a focus on delivering high-quality electrical contracting work to Botswana’s power, mining, and commercial sectors.
Under his leadership, the company has grown from a focused electrical contractor to a multi-discipline engineering firm, delivering quality service across the nation.
His hands-on approach from site supervision to client engagement is the foundation of Trends’ reputation for quality and reliability.
